Weve used MagPie Cleaning for a year and have been very happy with their service. The cleaners are all friendly and professional. They have a standard clean but if you need something else, just ask! The cleaning staff have also gone the extra mile and noticed something on the stove or on a faucet that requires a little extra work. They research what is needed and come back next time prepared to address it. If you need a change to your cleaning schedule, Mary tries to make it work for you. This was the absolute most unproessional company I have ever met. After speaking to the owner who seemed sweet and ready to do a great job I hired her to clean my bosses house. I warned her ahead of time that he has a teenage boy who is doing virual learning (as all kids are) and I was assured it would not be a problem.  On the day of the clean I got a text, not even a phone call saying that they left the house in the middle of the clean (without even putting beds back together or picking up after themselves mind you) because the cleaner was uncomfortable with the fact that there were home security cameras and the teenageer in the house. Not a phone call asking me to have the son leave the room or finishing the things they had started and then saying it was not going to work but literally a walk out mid clean because they were uncomfortable being on camera. You are a cleaning business and your cleaners are afraid of home security camera's and 13 year old boys? Unbelieveable. Then not even being given a professional phone call but a text and leaving the house in disaray. My boss came home to his sheets thrown in the middle of the floor garbage on the ground, everything a mess everywhere. Anyone who is afraid of home security camera's and children should not be cleaning houses.

I have known Magpie Cleanings owner first many years. Recently, our house cleaner of 12 years retired. I was thrilled that Magpie had availability. We have had fabulous service, and the owner is very responsive about our requests. The cleaners work hard, and are honest and meticulous. I recommend them highly. Service: Standard cleaning

Great cleaning service. Very professional and friendly staff. Did a great job cleaning house from top to bottom. Would definitely recommend them to others. We were very satisfied with the service.

This cleaning service absolutely sucks the people show up to your house and do a minimum amount of work and then tell you your expectations were set to high it's just a scam to charge more for substandard service I wouldn't recomend them to anyone what a joke!!!!!
