During this covid 19 i had such a hard time with banks all i wanted to do was finalize my purchase by wiring the funds ti the company so i can get the keys to my house. I went to bank of America & Comerica and they gave me such a hard time made me feel uncomfortable as if i was trying to make a fraudulent wire .... I couldn't understand how u treat a new customer who has all supporting documents for the transaction MYRON from 5th third @ woodward 4401 location was outstanding in help me assist with the wire & i was able to get my keys the very next day customer service was EXCELLENT outstanding above & beyond. Very friendly and even came out in the Rain to assist me. Very great customer service as people we fail to mention the good in others. The service was much appreciated , kept a smile and just welcomed me to the bank as i opened my new account . i love how he insured my needs were satisfied & no matter how the situation looked he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome or treat me like a criminal & that's wat counts thank u myron on the great service i was able to officially say im a home owner & because of u the process has been finalized Thanks you again keep up the great work ...from customer Brittany jackson
