        Went to open a new business account and customer service at this location was awful. While I was searching my email for a different document that was needed. I was basically told I couldn't sit in the empty lobby to search for my document I needed to come back. Non welcoming atmosphere but you want me to put my money in your bank. Went to a different bank used the same documents that I had and the one document that I needed that I found in my email the bank teller printed it off for me" she didn't keep telling me to go next door to FedEx and they could print it for me" would never recommend this location.

        Poor customer service at this branch. Walked in for a scheduled appointment and no one could service us. My time was completely wasted. Would not recommend.

        Agent didn't want to help me because it's a time to leave. However, time still 1:10 pm on Saturday and they close at 2:00 pm
