        I called the main phone number, but couldnt communicate with the representative due to a language barrier. I asked to speak with someone in the US and was transferred to someone else, who I asked if she was located in the US. She said yes. I asked where? She said South America. I said no, you just lied. She said fine, I can disconnect the call. She then hung up!

        spam called me multiple times claiming to be the bank of america calling me about fraudulent activity on my account. i promptly informed them that i do not have a bank of america account, and then the operater hung up on me and finally stopped calling.
