updating this review, if i can give someone 5 stars it would be Tim. He has fully saved me from losing $200. I ordered a chair which was never sent out (doesnt make them anymore), no notification or call that it was out of stock. Waited 2 weeks, called the support number. They are absolutely the worst support line around. I have had e-mails ignored (gave 2 days to answer before calling again). was told i would get a call in 24 hours from someone, instead got a e-mail that refund has been made to a prepaid credit card. the issue is i told them that was thrown out after because it was used. they credited it anyhow... so call them get hung up on or sent to a dead end. No response from e-mail either. Finally I called the store and spoke to Tim, he is wonderful. Has gotten a solution or told me what he can do to help. I highly doubt the support team couldn't have done what he did. So as the workers would get a higher rating, their support as killed a few stars.

Very clean and very organized store. Lots of back to school items available. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars, is this....I needed to print some items from an email and they have the self help section. I really needed some help, but no one around to ask. Eventually I got it figured out. Just would have been nice to have someone helping me and instructing....would have gone a lot quicker.

Completely rude. I never leave reviews but when I went in here with my toddler to have a few things printed the lady behind the printer station was rude and offered me no help at all. I told her 3 times that I emailed my documents to the correct address and never got a code sent back to me. She said if I was connected to the internet I would have received one. I'm not an idiot and my message did go through. I asked her if there was another way to get my 3 pages printed and she said no and walked away. I will never go back and if you hate dealing with people who need help get another job.

Very high priced and twice I went here for an item which they were out of. Truly a disappointment.
