        One bad cartridge after another ! Cartridge won't print, says cartridge is fine that it is my printer. I go to office max and buy brand name HP and now prints just fine. Too many problems here and I won't be back.

        Very poor customer service. Owner is very rude and quickly combative. They do not stand behind their products. I have found another source for the ink I need for my printers and am very pleased. I don't see this store staying in business much longer. Sadly, the owner puts no value on customer retention or service.
