Struggled between 2-3 stars. The people are friendly and rooms are clean but it doesnt negate that we got zero help with our request and were essentially told yep, sorry!
Im staying here with two other women and we have a large event were going to today. We all had to shower/wash our hair. Not one of us got any hot water. Not even warm water - literally COLD water. The water pressure is also HORRENDOUS - it took me 10 min in this freezing water to even get my hair wet and then had to get shampoo out in the sink. Which also had NO hot water. Hotel told us were at capacity and our water tank sucks, sorry, our owner wont fix it. Like ????? I love Hilton/Hampton but wont be staying here again.

This is thee absolute worst experience I have EVER had at a hotel. The staff has TERRIBLE attitudes. They give black people a bad name and Im a black woman myself but the staff here is the prime example why we are stigmatized. The manager at this location and all the staff should never work in customer service. Let me start with the fact that the rooms were dirty and everything in them, jacuzzi didnt work, the pool water was extremely dirty. You cant even enter the pool area with your room key, you have to go get someone from the front desk anytime you want to get into the pool area which I found completely ridiculous especially given they are rarely ever at the desk doing there job. Each time I approach the desk they were on personal phone calls or fraternizing with one another. Moving on to how my CHILD was walking in the HALLWAY eating candy, was told she couldnt bring it into the pool area, she said ok and finished the candy but that wasnt good enough for the worker who ran into the pool room after her, got into her face like she wanted to fight her telling her that she could leave because she still had the empty wrapper to the candy as if the dirty hotel had any trash cans around for her to throw it away. Once I asked the staff member about the incident she proceeded to tell me since I was questioning her she was checking us out of the hotel and not issuing any refunds. My kids left this hotel CRYING in the middle of the night wet all over an empty candy wrapper. I strongly advise anyone considering against staying at this location. I even attempted to reach out after the fact hoping I could get some one with a little more sense but was greeted by another extremely rude staff member whom I am to believe is actually the manager for the location but he showed no professionalism and no empathy for the situation what so ever, which I guess I shouldnt have expected given him and the other staff member who I had the issues with appeared to have some form of relationship going on. RUN RUN RUN, dont waste your money. You will NOT be happy!

The bathrooms did not have a fan . To take out the warm air. The pillows were too soft. 1st Breakfast that we had after 1st night here. All food in warmer was cold. Did not taste good.
