    **5 star reviews appear fake to me** I wish I would have read reviews before hand. Another poster hit the nail on the head. This company is a hustle. They have a price on their site that will somehow double when they charge you. Also, there was no invoice provided. I tried calling after I was charged and they did not get back to me. I called the next day, and was told that there would be fees to cancel. Terrible company and terrible customer service. I will be filing a report with the BBB and seeking legal advice on the false advertising (rates and fleet - the cars were unbelievably bad) and lies I was told by the service rep. I will post a follow-up if anything comes of it.

    Stay a way from these scammers. If you reserve online they will tell you a price and after you give your credit card info they will charge you double then they will tell there are fees you have to pay and they force you to pay 20% tip. You won't be able to get your money back. Not to mention they won't send you a driver on time because they messed up your reservation then they will call an uber for you that cost less than half what you paid them and the will keep the difference. Total scam

    Horrible Return Experience would like it be noted that my initial interaction was great with the metro car company. The pick up was on time and a professional and delivered me to my destination of Detroit Metro airport curbside. The nightmare began on my return to Detroit from Nashville on April 22, 2019. My return flight was ontime as confirmed by Delta Airlines – flight DL2994. The directions were that I was to be picked up at the baggage claim area as I was in a wheelchair and the driver was to have his vehicle in a close spot in which I could walk too. No driver was there upon my arrival at the baggage claim – other drivers from other companies or picking up other customers were there trying to help me navigate the situation. Several phone calls were made from others to track down my driver. He arrived and had parked in the garage across the street which was not what was agreed upon. The airport wheelchair service offered to take me across in the wheelchair which was out of his area, but was very helpful given the distance to the metro car. The driver had no id showing or visible on his clothing or car upon arrival the car. Once in the car and leaving the airport, his first stop was a gas station. There was no communication on the drive to the gas station. The driver (driver #1) stopped and started removing my luggage from the vehicle. He stated that since my flight had been so late, he had to get on to other customers and his boss (driver #2) was meeting him to transfer me to another vehicle. The driver #2 resented my reluctance to switch vehicles at the gas station. He said that my choices were to be left at the gas station or to be returned to the airport and pay for that return trip. Or continue with him to go home. Driver #2 also had no visible identification on him or in his vehicle. I asked for identification and he offered me his drivers license to hold until we arrived at our destination. I can only id some of the information from their licenses. Drivers Last Names: -----aklnteer, 6245 Stedman, Dearborn, MI Mudd Javea, 47243 Fairlon, Canton, MI On their licenses – the ranking on their chauffers licenses driver #1 was 0, driver #2 had a 4 or a 5. After having had a long day of travel, I was extremely frightened and alone. Driver #2 said I should see my doctor, and he said my doctor could help me. Driver #2 said he was trained to diagnose me and that my doctor could help me. When we finally arrived at home, I told him to leave the bags and go. I am likely to not fly or travel again after having gone through this ordeal. This review will be shared, I will not recommend this company to anyone. And I will continue to voice my opinion about a scary situation.
