        I wanted to email and let you know that the quality of service we had today was subpar. They should be investigated. This was an utter disappointment and disasterwe paid almost $200 for a one way trip in an old, beat up suv and the driver, although nice, didnt help with bags, came in leggings and the car service standard was sub par. I booked with the expectation of what was advertised, a customer service and level of quality (greet at baggage claim, dressed professionally, the car clean and not full of dog hair, driver who didnt swerve. I felt cheated and what was supposed to be a relaxing service ended up being an Uber ride for 3x the expense. Not a good experience at all.

      Hello Mr Chacha we are different transportation company we don’t have any counter at the airport . We based from canton , Mi . The company you talking about it’s metro cars who has the counter at the airport no other company . Please remove this review it’s harming our business we are completely different company and competitor .
