Over 2 weeks and no call from this company for a C-Pap machine set up. I called 2 times and they confirmed they had received the order. Today I was told they just received it, REALLY! It will be at least another week for the machine set up.

If you are reading the past negative reviews, DON'T, Mitchels is GONE (thank goodness) and the replacement Binson's Medical is AWESOME! Their respiratory technician Rachel M is an angel! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, she makes sure you understand everything before you leave! I feel as though I am walking into a friendly caring place when I get there. I highly recommend this place!

I called and spoke with "Piper." I'm a new customer to Binson's and Covid turned everything upside down. I didn't know what I needed to do. She looked at my account, let me know what I information I needed to send, and she placed my order - for delivery! I don't even need to drive up there. Knowing that I don't have to take time off work to get into the store - that's a great service. Piper had a great attitude and was very thorough. I'll ask to speak with her next time I call. UPDATE 03.30.21: Had to call and pay my bill - I asked for "Piper". Piper answered my questions about the bill and amount, and took my payment. She was also able to place and ship more supplies to my home. So happy that I can get great customer service from my home without having to go into the store (still during Covid). She is a gem to the company!!!

When your initial phone call to them has you on hold for over 15 minutes doesn't bode well for the customer service in the future. I gave up.
