This is the worst temp service I have dealt with. Yes they will ignore you. Extremely unprofessional. There are many others out there. Don't waste your time here !!!!

After already being in contact with them about a certain job I was interested in, they suddenly stopped communicating with me completely with absolutely no explanation. I was in direct contact with their director, Patty. She completely ignored my last text to her. I called their main office yesterday 3 seperate times after getting off work and no one answered any of the times I called. I left a voice mail the third time I had called and they have not called back. Considering I was getting same day, if not immediate contact with them prior to this, them just being too busy is an excuse. You're taught to be persistent in a professional manner when there's a job you really want as that's supposed to show how dedicated and serious you are about the job. Instead, I was completely ghosted by a "professional" office for absolutely no reason. There are much better options for temp agencies than this one.
