I lived there with my dad when I turned 13 up till I turned 18. Filled with memories its so hard to believe it still is there hopefully standing better then when I left in 2015. And with all the negative reviews I read about I cant believe no one is put down the cotton wood trees being a fluffy problem. We would have summers with 3 of fluff!! I remember playing with the trailer park kids and all the kids that would try to visit the park in the front lot of the trailer from roads view. We would play lots of two hand touch foot ball. I remember we all would walk the train tracks into the woods. We would take basket ball hoops and play in the street where the intersection was some good play. I remember the muggy summer nights that mosquitoes would come out and pepper your skin and no matter rain sleet snow or frigid cold could keep us kids locked up in a trailer. Parents whatever apartment or trailer park you go to you are going to have problems living back to back with a community of people. You make a choice to bring your family in the environment understand you have to be involved in your childrens lives. Yes we had fun, and yes we got into. Lots of troubles!! Know who your kids are playing with and know their parents. Separate them if necessary with love and wisdom. you who are reading this cannot say even you did not find yourself and have not tried to be creative as a kid. Boredom sets in in close parameters of a two bedroom 800 square foot home. Double wide or single wide choice is yours. I have been hurt and bullied by other kids and I have grown and become who I am as an adult because of the children I was around and their parents who helped guide and protect me. Do they come from dirty homes and not take care of their yards or trailers that need a lot of maintenance? Some do, however I have been in nearly all the trailers at that time and all felt like home as we where all family. Find who you get along with, leave the others alone! Do not fight and try to prove a point, dont call the cops to get them involved in petty arguments, and surely stop gossiping to your trailer buddies as it is a web and it will circle back around. It can be a toxic environment or it can be a mini town. If you know someone is doing drugs and other harmful things make notes send them to the manager, it is why they are being payed. Help them through this it is not to harm them. People who live in these places tend to be elderly or they are lower income and or come from broken homes. Some people really need love and others need you to protect them. It does not help to add any discord among you. I love you all and God bless.

Sorry Steve I was not evicted from your Park I chose to move because your park manager was harassing me in several other people in the park so please get your facts straight before you try to say something and the fact that you raised her a lot rent again even though your roads are extremely bad potholes that are ruining people's tires Holly promised to put in a playground for the kids but then went back on that the lights on the streets half of them don't work haven't been fixed but yet you have the money to bring in brand new trailers but you can improve your Park grounds
