        It's kinda a work in progress getting new trailers in. Community Manager is nice as well. I like how secluded the park is and how far away it is from bay city to avoid issues

        I absolutely love this place!! Nice homes. Great rental rates! Quiet trouble free living. The maintenance men here are the very best I ever dealt with. I trust them completely. Office staff is down to earth and very kind. Check this place out for good deals, good neighbors, good homes and the best handyman you ever met!! I am truly happy here!!!
