The staff give you the knowledge to make an educated decision, while they listen to you and help you with selections to make your perfect purchase. My husband recently purchased an updated wedding ring also, were calling it an upgrade for our 40th anniversary.

        I felt like I was being pressured to buy today when I was shopping for an engagement ring. They had a weekend sale for some rings and tried to convince me I would miss out on the deal or even that I might miss out on making my proposal if I didn't buy soon. The price of the 50% off pear shaped ring looked pretty good. I wasn't too impressed with the price of the rings that weren't heavily discounted though. I decided I would buy from somewhere else. When I made my order with a different jeweler, i used the ring size we measured at Zales. It turns out that they measured her ring size a whole size and a half higher than it actually was. I would recommend buying from a trusted family owned jeweler or online retailer. It will be better for your wallet and peace of mind.

        Yola,who I believe was the manager,was the most honest and sincere person you could ever find. I was getting an engagement ring and had no idea what I was doing(I was 19) and she knew that I probably didn't and made sure I knew everything I needed to before picking on including the clearness of the diamond and all the different kinds of engagement rings. She also wanted me to get the cheapest sale on the ring I had picked out and without me asking searched for every discount she could and saved me $1,400!!!

        Yola is amazing! Took my ring in for repairs and ended up needing to get part of it completely rebuilt. It was a very stressful time for me as it was my wedding set we were fixing. She went out of her way to keep me informed every step of the way. I am super grateful for her and have been and always will be a faithful/forever customer. The bonds they build are unbreakable!
