I purchased a Jeep Cherokee for $15,000 and only got 34,000 miles out of it. The jeep now needs a new engine, which I can't afford. I am hoping there is someway of covering this vehicle due to recent recalls, etc, with the oil consumption and coolant problems that lead to engine seizing. If anyone can help me find who to contact to assist me I would greatly appreciate it.

Had battery installed at local dealership in June of 2021. the battery was tested today and came back as needing replaced. I told them the battery states it has 36- month free replacement. The service representative said they only do 24- month free replacement. Not sure how anyone can get away with this when it clearly states it on the battery itself. This have left a bad taste in my mouth about mopars credibility of keeping their end of the deal.

Chrysler/jeep I own a 2018 jeep compass the car itself caused an accident stoping on its own going into gears by itself Ive been fighting with the dealers over it, one dealership asked me if I killed any One the second said they would repair it with veterans organization funds we towed it there the manager then tried to charge four times that amount and refused the first agreement now I cant get ahold of any one to file this complaint this is how jeep treats veterans

My 2011 Touring has been sitting at the mechanics for 4 months. Had 48,000 miles on it. The instrument cluster has gone out 2 times. Chrysler changed my milage to 84,000 miles! The cluster was sent in again. This time the cluster went bad again and they were suppose to change the milage. They refuse to put the correct milage back on the cluster I have called customer service for the last month. Nothing! Our so called case worker has did absolutely nothing to help us. The supervisor was suppose to call 3 weeks ago. Again nothing...
