        If you expect to be picked up (as the company motto would imply) don't plan on renting for Saturday, they "don't have anyone that can do that" on Saturdays. They also don't seem to care what an inconvenience this is, as the lady on the phone seemed surprised you might expect them to adhere to their advertising on their website, as well as the checkout page.

        Called and reserved a car. Did not show up and was told there was an error in their scheduling. This is the 2nd time this week I have reserved from Enterprise and an error in their system prevented me from getting a car.
