Cars are not kept at the location; they're brought over from elsewhere. They had a lot of problems with mine and it took almost an hour to get it.

Booked appointment for 4:30 pm. Door was locked and no one will answer the phones.

Their customer service is useless use zip car much better service

Every single time I rent a Zipcar from this location, it's absolutely filthy inside. Usually covered in huge amounts of white dog hair.
