I've had a few salon appointments at this location and have been very pleased with the level of customer service. My only caution is that when you call to make an appointment or change an appointment make sure you are talking to someone in the salon and not someone who is up front. This happened to me and it's very frustrating when you arrive and the salon has no idea why you are there because the person who answered the phone for the salon didn't know how to use the salon appointment system and they never updated your appointment (or even bothered to talk to the salon about the call).

Two of my all time favorite stylists work here! Without Sarah and Savannah, I couldn't reach my full A-Game and my aspiring look. These women are my right and left arms.
Sarah is a cancer survivor and that resonated with me immediately as an Oncology Intern via The University of Michigan Hospital.
She's strong, super personable, extremely outgoing, friendly as they come, and extremely educated. I've gone to several high end salons all across Michigan, nothing compares to the type of work she does.
My trust in her goes "marrow" deep.
I first was introduced to Savannah when she started working there (a few months ago) and I go to her for my Brazilians. I'm the first outside the staff to do so and proud to flaunt that fact as Savannah has made it so easy! She's walked me through each and every step of the process. Never once have had an issue.
I will follow them wherever they go and will either fly them to me to style my hair, nails, brazilians, and facials. I refuse to go elsewhere!
