Avoid this location and Sprint if you value your time and money. They are deceitful and tell outright lies. Very much a "bait and switch" organization. At this store, Andre Calhoun should be avoided as he has learned all the tricks. Anytime someone from Sprint says "free", run. Still waiting for Sprint Customer Support to call me back. It's been since June 24th that Vanessa said it would be 4-5 business days to respond to my documented claim they screwed me out of $300. Bear in mind I've been a Sprint customer for years and this all happened when I purchased a Samsung S10 for about a $1,000.

They seem to give different information at different stores and I ended up signed up for a $10 per month safe and found service that I didnt want, didnt agree to, and was never even asked about. The sales person was snooty and condescending and treated us like we were idiots who needed things explained loudly and slowly in single syllable words. My advice is to avoid Sprint stores in Ann Arbor, especially at Briarwood mall.
