        I have been with H+G for a couple of month now, and it has been the absolute best experience. The office staff, Lydia specifically, goes above and beyond for residents! The amenities, apartments, and grounds are always clean and maintained. Everyone I have met while living here have been great!

        Son at U of M rented here and I was very impressed with the professionalism and communication from the staff. Great to have parking available and amazing amenities / apartments. Felt safe and great location for games.

        New resident of Hoover and Greene, and I've been really enjoying living in my apartment. The whole complex is modern and organized and offers nice and clean amenities. Also, great leasing office team- Rebecca and Lydia are awesome. They quickly address any problems you have. Overall, positive experience so far!
