Every amenity you could ask for. Bird watchers dream with a mulberry tree on the property. Too bad the weather was rainy. Would have loved the sand volleyball. Loved the pool and hot tub when the weather allowed. This is the 2nd property weve rented from Rob. Couldnt ask for a more accommodating and responsive host

We had a great time at Peaceful Waters! It was definitely our home away from home. We had families from Los Angeles, Cleveland, and Chicago all meeting for a reunion post-pandemic and we couldn't have had a better place to relax and reconnect. We all fit comfortably and spent most of our time outside in the yard, pool and deck area. Robb was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!!!

The pool was clutch - someone was in it at almost all times! We loved the special touches - the smores and soda in the basket, sand toys and the Founder's beer in the fridge. The kids loved playing in the backyard on the playset and in the "big sandbox"/ sand volleyball court. The yard being fenced in allowed us to all relax while the kids played. The house had plenty of space for all 12 of us to sleep comfortably and room for those of us that had to take work calls to get away from the noise. We also really loved the convenience of the gas station, dollar store and pizza place (that pizza was GOOD!) and that it was only about 20 minutes to Grand Rapids and 45 to Holland's beach. They have everything you need to just stay put for the week as well - roasting sticks and a fire pit, pool with plenty of floats and toys, sandbox and playset, basketball and volleyballs for the courts, kids toys and games in the garage and storage spaces, a Wii with plenty of games, a roku on every TV, a kid's drawing table and all the necessities for young kits (jumper, high chairs, pack n' plays, toddler bed. Perfect place for a family getaway."
