I was not very satisfied with the stay when we first arrived, Our toilet was not working. I called down to the front desk to let them know. And they offered me a plunger to fix it. I was caught off guard with the suggestion. And I had asked if they had maintenance on staff and they said no, they were gone for the day. I was not going to come down and grab a plunger. And then they suggested to change rooms for us. We were put into a similar room but it was smaller. I was not happy and the second room, it was not very clean. I booked this room for my daughter's birthday. So her and a couple friends could go swimming and enjoy her day. We get found out that the pools heater was broken and therw was no heat in the pool area or hot tub. Part of the reason we booked the room was for them to go swimming so they still wanted to go but we're freezing by the time they got out and did not want to go swimming anymore which had ruined their night. Also I was not offered any accommodations in any way. I will not be returning for a stay at this hotel.
