I found them on Angi's list, they gave me a very quick callback & seemed interested in my kitchen & bathroom remodel. We agreed to meet at the property a few days after our phone call. Two minutes before our meeting they called to say that they forgot, but they did get someone out 45 minutes later. They told me I'd have a quote the following week and never followed up. We shared many text messages and they assured me my quote would be coming soon. A month later and not a word. Their website may look like a real business, but they really have no idea how to run one or treat customers with respect. Bullet dodged.

I worked for this company as a carpenter, they took money from customers and never finished the job. They did not pay me for weeks of work I did for them. BEWARE, they will take your deposit and never start the job. They will ignore your calls and emails.

Promised 3 weeks, turned into a 3.5months of nightmare! Overpromised and under-delivered. Piss poor communication, planning, and time management. Never keep to their words. Hidden fees and charges. Makes decisions without the client/owners approval or authorization. Their own plumber refuse to work with them in future projects. Unprofessional behavior - yelling at client and falsely accuse them for using the wrong credit card. Every nail and every screw that could go wrong went wrong. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
