Floors & Kitchens Today

Vinny helped my husband and me find the right wood flooring for our new home. Vinny came to our house personally, measured the floor, brought floor samples, and recommended a great flooring that we love. They are very responsive, and get back to us timely. In fact, Vinny’s team called me personally on several occasions to follow up on carpets for our upstairs rooms as well as wood flooring for our second floor hallway. They are excellent at customer service and reasonable in price. More importantly, I trust the team at the store. My husband and I prefer to work with the team because they stand behind their quality product.

Very nice and intimate showroom with a ton of selection. The sales team was very helpful in choosing the best product for my dining room floor. I now have great lvt in my home and Im completely satisfied

We used Floors & Kitchens to replace carpet on our stairs. We needed the job done by March 30th because we were putting the house on the market the following Monday. We paid extra to use this business because they could get the job done by the 30th, but when we checked in the day before for payment (they wanted full payment before completing the job), they did not have us on the schedule. We spoke with Joe who said he'd try and find an available contractor to do the job, but ultimately was not able to get it done until 9am Monday April 2nd (our listing pictures have no carpet on the stairs!). Well, the contractor didn't show up until almost noon on the 2nd, he spent the entire time on his phone while doing the job, and asked my husband to go pick him up some lunch! To top it off, the installer told us he lost a days pay on Friday because another job he was scheduled to do was measured incorrectly, so he would have been available to do ours on the 30th like we wanted! Our initial contact was with Jesse who assured us he could get the job done the 30th, and then we dealt with with Joe who supposedly tried to find an available contractor to get it done the 30th or 31st when it was discovered we were not on the schedule. Joe obviously didn't try hard enough since the installer was apparently available. I would definitely NOT recommend using this business, horrible customer service, they could have cared less that we were in a time crunch and used them specifically to have the job completed by a certain date, and basically didn't care that they didn't deliver what they promised. Stay away from this business!!
