I have been a a customer for over 10 years and I always enjoy going to my Webster location all the tellers are wonderful poeple and very professional.

I went to cornerstone Bank this afternoon around 3:15 p.m. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of your tellers. I politely asked if I could open a checking account with a state income tax check that I had received. I felt as if none of them wanted to assist me in opening an account as they all looked at each other and one of them stated "Um yeah it's going to be a moment" I instantly felt uncomfortable and disappointed. The teller on the far right stated to me it's going to be a 7-Day hold on that check we can't just cash the check and give you the money. I understand that every bank has their policy but I work with customer service and there is a way to speak to your customers and explain the policy in a polite way. I then left and will never return. it's unfortunate because my son banks with you guys. I still can't believe it. Webster Location
