Regardless of being Walgreens this is the best pharmacy around. They have had the same Pharmacist's from the time it was brooks close to 20 years ago. This place has the best pharmacy in Western Mass.

The pharmacy will not answer the phone no matter how long you wait or how many times you call. Very frustrating since because I just want to ask why my script wont be filled and I dont want to have to drive across town sick and spread my germs in order to go speak with someone in person. Sucks that we all have to use these big corporate pharmacies, whats the alternative? You guys all get to give poor customer service and we are all just at your liberty because we have illness to treat and no other options. Boo. Answer your phone its 2023 we have technology use it. Booo booo boooo!!!!

Cashier was rude. I asked a simple question regarding my transaction and immediately she responded in a dismissive way with an attitude.
