I'm sort of shocked still.. my dog had a 3 month chest X-Ray follow up for Cancer where the Dr. cancelled .. I had called to check on appt time since I still had this appt in my books.. staff seemed to no nothing of the cancellation by the DR. and she didn't let me know at all. Obviously doesn't feel comfortable in taking over another physicians patients or even wanting to try. I should be grateful I guess but its really disconcerting that this is suppose to be a professional practice for oncology no less. It wouldn't let me save with no stars so had to chose 1. When my dog was initially diagnosed I made appts all over to see where I could get in first and then would cancel as I had appts etc.. NEVOG was quite put out , even sounded angry on the phone that I had made a later appt with another practice which I never ever see as a problem getting a 2nd opinion . When I started out last fall I was happy with them.. seems a lot has changed

It wasn’t my dog. There only for support. Doctor didn’t realize we didn’t know there was an actual cancer diagnosis; we thought we were there for some tests to find out. Once she did realize it, she seemed to care little and plowed right through w/little empathy or compassion. Everyone competent but cold and unhelpful to the extreme. Even managed to mess up the Rx order. If I could give no stars, I would. Glad I don’t have to rely on them for *my* dog.
