Clarks shoes are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and I wear almost nothing else these days. I used to just wear the same sneakers all the time as a kid and once I graduated college and found Clarks, they always fit me the best.
I don’t know what crazy people are writing these other reviews.

clarks brinkley sandals never had sandals that melt the first pair i thought maybe they got wet they melted shrink in the sun now the second pair worn twice falling apart glue separating from the heat so upset not cheap in price and shriveling .

I bought a pair of flip flops for Clark’s and am not one to write negative reviews. I have to say I will no longer be purchasing any shoes from Clark’s! I bought flip-flops and try to wear them but I was tripping over my feet and my feet were slipping out of them. I went back to the retail store I bought them from and they told me they cannot return them because they were worn. The Clark store manager said I had worn them already sorry and can do nothing for me. I said to him how am I supposed to know how they fit if I never wore them. His comment was while he tried them on in the store. I said you do not know if the shoes fit properly until you wear them. The manager proceeded to say sorry I can’t do anything you wore them. But it was OK if I broke my leg while I was wearing them I guess. Horrible customer service will never be buying Clark shoes again. Tried to call Clark’s corporate but no answer. The message kept saying can’t answer my phone call right try and call back another time. Very poor customer service. I’m very disappointed in Clarks had bought shoes there many times in the past. But I will no longer patron their stores.

I was forced to choose a star in order to post because truly it's -5.
Clarks customer service is atrocious. Friday April 2, 2021 I placed an online order. Two hours later I attempted to call customer service per wrong width ordered. The customer service number on the bottom of the email I received when I placed my order is incorrect. I called another number that advised the hours are 8am-8pm EST. Every time I called up until 11:30am I was advised the office was closed. I finally spoke with a representative who advised she couldn't help me to change the width. I would have to wait until I received my tracking number and contact the shipper. I have yet to receive a tracking number. My order status is still processing. My previous order shipped via FedEx and per I have a FedEx account I contacted them and asked if they had any tracking information for my account. I was advised no. I was asked what method would it be shipped. I advised FedEx Smart Post. I was advised Clark knew that FedEx can't change SmartPost shipping. I would have to refuse the package at my door or return the package with the return label. I advised per COVID guidelines packages have been left at my door no signature required, the driver doesn't even knock.
Clarks is aware of this technicality when you place an online order and everything a consumer has to go through to complete a return. Once I return these shoes I will no longer order shoes from Clarks online. Sadly the closest Clarks store is 75miles away from my residence.
