Ross Dress for Less

Worst experience of a Ross store. I was one of 7 other people who were left unattended and with the items on hand ready to pay but the manager refused to take us at the check out because he claimed that it was too late and that they had closed already, when it was 1 or 2 mins after the closing time. No announcements were made that they were about to close (you know they usually tell you they are about to close, not in this case). No attention whatsoever by the personal nor manager and didnt care about the people in line who made time to shop at the store and who were frustrated by the way they treated them. The person who claimed to be the manager treated everyone like trash and wasnt professional at all didnt even care that the store still had customers inside. Really disappointing never expected that treatment from that Ross located in Princeton/Lawrenceville.

Rating one is not for the product but for the management. Everytime you head for Ross you need to wait atleast 15 mins for billing or rather due to cost cutting. One day i found the billing associate helplessnas she was the only person managing the counter and could not even go for bio break.. Price also have gone up.
