Excellent work repairing and replacing plumbing under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. Quality work, very professional and thorough and left everything clean when he was finished. Jim from McNiff has the knowledge and experiences to identify the problem quickly and accurately. On top of that, he was also extremely patient and willing to work with my apartment's property management to get the job done on the same day. Originally I thought my leaking faucet was a quick fix, but then found out the main water switch needed to be shut off from the utility room, so my leaky (old) valve can be replaced as well. Jim waited with me while I chaotically trying to locate our property manager, and he took the initiative to explain the nature of severity directly with my property manager to get the problem fix on the same day. I would definitely call him again if I need a plumber in the near future, and recommend him to anyone who needs a professional, plumbing technician. KEEP HIS BUSINESS CARD ON THE FRIDGE.
