Absolute Precision Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

My first time using Absolute Precision Plumbing, Heating & Cooling today, and I had a very positive experience. Woke up to no heat or hot water and got a very quick response. Brad S. Stolly arrived within a couple hours and meticulously diagnosed the problem and actually addressed some shoddy work done by a previous plumbing company. He explained everything fully, was able to procure the part in a timely manner and fix the problem with the boiler. Although the replacement part was expensive, the charge for service and labor was very fair. Stolly was very personable. I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Brad Stoll did a great job at my house, installing a new water heater and disposal, and changing the water head in my shower. Friendly and unassuming, Brad is a wonderful technician. Thank you. And a week later, Bryan installed a new toilet in my guest bathroom, and adjusted my shower so that it provides actual hot water. I couldn't be more pleased with his work. I'll probably be in the market for a toilet in my main bath soon!

The plumbers, Stolly and Bryan, were both competent, thorough, and personable. They were more than willing to show their work and answer any questions. I felt like I was in good hands.

I continue to be very pleased with the reliability and competency of Absolute Precision Plumbing. Owner Ken Roberts is the best. Bryan the plumber visited my house to perform an annual check up to my gas heating system and other repairs. Hes a very smart plumber, and pleasant. I learned a lot from him. I look forward to having Bryan return in the spring for some upgrades to my house.
