        I was a loyal customer here but very disappointed and never coming back! Don't bring your coats there, they don't clean it, they just puts them in the plastic bag as they are cleaned and charge you! I send my coat back to them saying that maybe they forgot to clean it but after I picked up for the second time the coat wasn't clean at all even worst: they burned out the fluffy thing that is in the hat of the coat. I am very upset!

        As a professional who wears a lot of dress shirts, who hates wearing undershirts and sweats a lot, Loyal did a phenomenal drop on cleaning my clothing. I highly recommend using them!
