I have never had a bad experience. They aim to please. Very accomodating and do an excellent job. I always find that all who work there are pleasant and polite. I highly recommend Stoughton Cleaners.

After my dry cleaners closed, I went to Stoughton. I asked the "tall" young clerk if they had new customer discounts, and her attitude was, "No".  She didn't bother to ask nor did she seem like she cared. I was about to walk out because of her bad attitude, then the nice seamstress told her to give me 15%, which I expressed my gratitude to her, and not the clerk. Here's the kicker, I went to pick up some garments after my second visit, and they lost a nice shirt. This is where it gets good. The same young lady (with the bad attitude) told me I already picked it up. I told her I had not, and how could I if I still had the ticket that I had just presented to you???  She says, "well maybe someone else picked it up". I told her I'm the only one who picks up my clothes, and even if my wife picked them up, my shirt still wasn't there.  After asking my phone number like 5 times, they checked all the computers etc. I went back a couple more times to see if they found it. Older clerks know the story by now.  "Phone number please?" like 5 more times, (and I'm pissed). "We don't have it", they say.  I said maybe it was inadvertently given to someone else??  Of course they denied that and tried to convince me that they didn't lose my shirt. Moral of the story, they didn't offer any reimbursement, free or even discounted service, and had no explanation for my lost shirt. Needless to say, I was pissed and unfortunately, I'm done with them.KevinStoughton
