When it was time to re-open our office in the midst of the COVID pandemic, we called Interlace to consult on how we could provide the safest environment for our staff and patients. Ismael at Interlace came in and did a very thorough walk-through and advised us on the best protocols to put in place to provide a safe working environment. The consultation was comprehensive and really gave our practice peace about how to re-open our dental practice safely, under very clear guidelines, and without any fear or concern. Ismael personally came to clean and install different safety systems which I really appreciated. At the height of COVID-19, through our local Stoneham Mayor Select Lady, we were connected to Pastor Ismael and Interlace Service. Pastor Ismael conducted a thorough training on how we were required to clean the Church venue as per the requirements. He then deep cleaned and sprayed the disinfecting mist and also showed how we could arrange the social distance seating. Interlace also continue to update us on the CDC requirement and refresh us continually. We follow the training to this day. No doubt this has helped the Church conduct services in a safe environment. When our city Mayor, in Medford, released a list of recommended COVID mitigation strategies our immediate response was to connect with the professionals at Interlace. I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Yim regarding the techniques that Interlace employs for proven sterilization and disinfection. Ismael did a thorough assessment of our office space and provided a deep cleaning that left us all feeling safe, confident and comfortable. Ismael went above and beyond, providing us with some PPE, since we had run low and genuine satisfaction. It was comforting that prior to Interlace opening its doors as a response to Covid, that Ismael was providing similar services for the largest hospitals in the greater Boston area as a Director & General Manager for Environmental services. As a result of my satisfaction, I used Interlace a second time. I'm an independent filmmaker in Boston and am required a Covid Compliance officer on any film set. We hired Interlace to come and deep clean as well as fog all of our onsite locations. My entire cast & crew felt VERY safe and well cared for as a result of the above and beyond services that Interlace provided. The Covid Compliance Officer was able to sign off on all of Ismael's protocols and comfortably sign off on all Covid regulations having been met, above and beyond.
