I had a productive and informative meeting with Nicholas. I went in seeking to hire his company to assist me in changing my business to a S-Corp. Long story short, Nicholas sat down with me, listened and then provided detailed advice on why my business was not currently where it needed to be for an S-Corp to make financial sense. The reasonings made total sense and was authentic. Though we did not move forward, I offered to pay for his time and advice, he kindly declined it was not necessary. As a business owner myself I said I would pay him back by making sure others knew of our interaction. Thank you and look forward to working with you in the future!
