We did not have a good experience with Fusion Bath and Kitchen. They illegally overcharged us 40% for a downpayment on our bath renovation, spent the money they took from us on projects not related to ours, then never finished the project. The Office of Consumer Affairs found that Fusion Bath and Kitchen committed three separate violations, issued a reprimand and fined them $2,250. The Palmer District Court also ruled in our favor, and ordered them to repay us $5,000, which four years later we have yet to receive.
