        Ray came to my house- measured for counters and said he would call the next day to set up an appointment to come to the showroom. No call so 3 weeks later I went to the showroom. Couldnt find my paperwork at first(someone found it buried) then very nicely went through details of what I wantedI took home a granite sample and Ray was supposed to come the next day at 4pm to remeasure, price the job and pick up the sample.No call no show. I guess my job isnt big enough
