    The weekend I spent here was unseasonably warm, and busy for the Fall. The loft townhome I booked didn't look like the photos, but was even better. It was more of a defined two story unit than loft, plus close to the ocean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. I didn't see any mold, or broken furniture like a lot of other reviewers have mentioned fortunately. The jetted tub however didn't work, but it was also never even mentioned on the website. The main door to the building/stairwell was close to the room and shut very heavily, which would get bothersome when it's busy. The parking lot also looked like it would be a challenged during the Summer months. I would stay again, but only off season.

    Be aware, no elevator to help bring you to second floor. Other then that, it was nice to stay there

    Please take the time to review all reviews thoroughly before staying here. My family and I checked in and out of this hotel within two hours due to mold and poor conditions of the room. The employees confirmed that mold is an ongoing issue with all ground floor rooms. My family and I spent my husband's birthday contemplating sleeping in our suv, making the 13 hour drive home or finding a hotel halfway at the last minute since this hotel was at capacity with no non mold available rooms. Unsure if the non mold rooms on the second floor are even in good condition. The hotel was unwilling to give us any type of refund since we didn't book through them. We've continued negotiating for many weeks with all parties who gave little to no compassion and have been unwilling to refund us for more than 15% at this time. I'm not sure if the amenities and location are fantastic since we had to leave suddenly to protect our health.
