Owners offered to let me and my girlfriend stay year round, took me for 625 a week for 7 weeks, allowed migrant children to run around unsupervised, stealing personal belongings. Owner had no control over his guests. Then I get told I have to leave with out 24 hour notice when we had an agreement. Watched the guy take my money, get a new car and kick me out. Wouldnt recommend at all. Avoid at all costs if you dont want to get scammed. Not to mention my girlfriend has lupus and was threatened with cops the entire time as I was trying to pack my stuff up in a u-haul.
Safety: Lack of, kids running around unsupervised stealing stuff from peoples porches and throwing trash all over.
Noteworthy details: The owner stated that he has no control of the migrants that stay in his rooms and its a mad house. Got thrown out as well with out 24 hour notice after being told I could stay year round.
