I truly didnt have the best experience.. first of all, people that work in the store are extremely unprofessional. Why did they get hired in the first place? Hopefully the manager can read what I wrote and make a better job when it comes to hiring people to work in the store. Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name but I can describe her. She is short, brunette and was wearing her hair in a bun. Ive asked her to help me find sizes and she didnt want to help me.. as if its not her job to help clients? Why does she work there if she doesnt want to help? It doesnt make sense at all. She wasnt doing much besides laughing and talking to her colleague during the ENTIRE time.. she could have use that energy to help me looking for jeans. Its very rude, lazy and unprofessional. If she doesnt like her job, she can stay home. She doesnt give a good image to the store, you guys should DEFINITELY replace her!

Shocked by how rude the woman working today 10/20 @1:00-2pm ish was. Wouldnt make eye contact with me or my mother we asked if they had any high waisted jeans vs the mid rise and she said that lucky doesnt make them like that and I pointed at a sign that showed every style that lucky sells. The sign showed high waisted, when I asked if they had the Drew Boyfriend high waist in store, she said maybe on the front table. Wouldnt make eye contact and just leaned against the cash register refusing to move. I went digging around the table and found a couple high waisted styles. At that point we just left because it was so uncomfortable. Me and my mom were really surprised as we were the ONLY ones in the store with two employees just standing there.
