I just called a nearby kmart just to find out the price they had for a pack of socks for my kids to see if me making the trip to their store was worth my time and money but after speaking to their customer service they made my choice for me i was told in a very rude way were about to close come in and shop around by the way they had over 45 min of store time left and even if they were prepping for clossing they could have asked me nicely to call back the next day or that they didnt have anyone available to assist me and this is sad for me because i actually worked for this very kmart 20 years ago or so and even though it was hard work i at least thought they cared about their customers.

Of I could put down 0 star I would! I bought a USB cord today as I am traveling and lost my current phone charger. I attempted to use it through the day but it did a horrible job at charging all day long. I decide to return since I literally just bought it and had thr receipt. When I bought the cord I tossed the tag in the trashcan as I walked out. When I went to customer service Amanda told that there was no way she could return it without the packaging. I told her I had the receipt and that I would take store credit. She told me that there was no way she could do that, which sounded crazy to me, your product doesn't work, I'm not gonna throw away my $ like that. I asked to speak to a manager, she says she'll be here in 10 minutes. 10 minutes? Ok. So I waited finally the manager Laura shows up and tells me the same thing. I told her that my packaging was in their trashcan since u could see from the receipt it was only a couple hours ago and if she needed me to thru the trash to get it, I would I just thought that was unnecessary. She then told me, "if you dont mind" do I mind?! What kind of company makes their customers go thru their trashcans for a UPC #?! Wow. I was shocked and upset. I went to their trashcan and my luck they had already trashed it, it was a fresh bag inside the trashcan. I was humiliated and frustrated. I went to tell LAURA that the trash had been taken out, and asked if we could use a UpC from another cord, she said no. This is the most ridiculous rule and service I have ever had! They were so rude about their "rules" and I felt like they were almost enjoying it. Horrible, horrible management. Save your money from this place.
