      image Signed up with T Mobile yesterday and was helped by Alexis. He was very helpful and patient with me as I spent over an hour (and 4 agents ) trying to get AT & T to provide a transfer pin #.
      As soon as I stepped out of the store I got a call from T Mobile transfer team asking for the transfer pin so I almost lost my mind as I had to spend another hour and 3 more ATT agents on the phone after already doing it.
      The process was brutal but no fault of T Mobile- def will be back to this location.
