      image Was warmly treated by the manager upon arrival. Jason was the tech who helped me upgrade, and I think the thing that impressed me the most was his ability to multitask. He was handling 3 customers at once, myself included, and did so professionally and with courtesy, even though most of the customers were wackadoodles, myself included. Jason, and the entire staff handled curve ball after curve ball coming through the door, made honest efforts to understand each problem, and then did their best to try fix them. Top scores for customer service.
