A Bella Mia Flowers

I ordered here for the first time to send a friend a bouquet. I am highly unsatisfied with their work and communication. What they display online versus what my friend received were two total different bouquets. Although the flowers are beautiful, the arrangement definitely lacked coming from a florist. It honestly looks like something you can buy at a grocery store and put into a vase. Over the phone the lady argued about flower shortages and prices, I understand but if you had 10 flowers vs 20 you would still aim to make it look the best you can. This bouquet is surely not worth $100.

On Wednesday I ordered assorted anniversary flowers for my wife to be delivered at her school in Randolph the next day. I was told deliveries for teachers were made first thing in the morning. The flowers were not delivered until 3 pm and some were wilted and turning brown. My wife sent a picture of the flowers and to their credit they immediately delivered a fresh batch of flowers. Still, the flowers were overpriced at $80 not including tax and delivery. Update. I wasnt expecting nor sought a refund but such was provided for me. True there was a snafu with the delivery and the original poor condition of the flowers but I appreciate their response. My updated rating is 4 of 5.

Love this florist in Randolph! She did an amazing job send flowers in Randolph MA. This flower shop offers same day flower delivery too! Thank you for a beautiful bouquet!
