Gentle Dental Quincy

My husband went to the dentist last year to get a cleaning and take care of his teeth. He has gotten cleanings his whole life but the past couple years he had to put it off and sadly thats where our story begins. My husband got a cleaning at the Gentle Dental Stoughton and the staff AT THAT LOCATION are spectacular! I wish I could say the same about the Quincy office. The doctor at Stoughton referred him to Dr. Jennifer Kim. My husband is the walking form of peace and grace. I tell him daily I wish I could be more like him. When I see him upset I know that takes something big to upset him. My husband has needed several root canals and possibly one of those sites possibly still has the nerve in it. This is why he came to Dr. Kim. Apparently she has a 3D imaging X-Ray machine that Stoughton doesnt have so thats why he went. Sadly, when my husband told the doctor where HIS PAIN was she told him thats not the tooth that was in the referral. It took him basically TWENTY minutes of him talking Dr. Kim into even POSSIBLY looking into that tooth. This is his pain. Not hers. I worked for doctors offices and sent referrals. I know how they work and I KNOW she couldve checked the tooth since it was in the one quadrant the referral included but just straight up seemed like she didnt want to. Dr. Kim seems like she cant be bothered to actually take the time to care for her patients and cares more about getting through her patient list for the day. Sadly, he will go again to see her cause this 6+ month dental plan is hopefully at the end but hopefully my review will do something either for another patient or maybe the manager will have a talk with Dr. Kim regarding her bedside manner. Its just scary that some oral infections can lead to a fatal situation and I worry her ignoring my husbands pain this could happen.

Great place been going here for a few years now very kind staff my Dentale high Gene-is Robyn Baylas is the best but I have a new higendist Alexis she is very good two they have great high gentists
