I went here 3-4 times with my discount insurance. But she always asked me every time, that isn't a problem. The problem is i didn't get my discount since the 3rd time i paid the full price and Dr. said she would call to check my discount insurance and she owed me. And the second problem is doing my filling, she did me a temporary filling that can be around 2-3 month( she said) every time i went there she always forget about last time that she did it to me NO FOLLOW! And my filling on the right side that she did was cracked. Last my problem i always got evening schedule that was very late and she always didn't have any assistance i had to hold the suction by myself and she is very clumsy all the time. She dropped many things on the floor many times and everything it looks dirty. I paid almost $300 for filling. Now i have to pay it again cause it was broken. Waste time and waste money.

Im not sure what the other reviewers expectations are, but Dr V is a fantastic dentist and excellent surgeon. I was in extreme pain since my broken down wisdom tooth that I had been putting off became infected. No other oral surgeon would accomdate me soon and my regular dentist did not return my call. I wasnt happy about that because when Im a regular patient they have a responsibility to take care of me or at least return my call on weekends. Despite not being a current patient of record she made room for me and expertly removed my wisdom tooth without any discomfort! She saw I was nervous and distracted me with an interesting story. I have a discount insurance plan as well but of course I expected the fee to what you would pay for a doctor, especially one as skilled as Dr V. The fee was confusing at first but I dont expect the doctor to fully understand right away since they take so many types of plans and had to send a pre estimate which I couldnt wait for since I needed to work done ASAP. I would say go to her office without hesitation! Her office is smaller and she had explained to me like so many other businesses there is a staffing shortage. All in all I say excellent and thank you to the small mom and pop offices!

My review has nothing to do with the doctor. I never had the opportunity to meet her. This reviews focused on the staff that handles scheduling. I called in to schedule an appointment and due to the nature of my injury I was waitlisted. After a few unsuccessful attempts at scheduling, I was finally able to get an actual scheduled appointment. I show up to my appointment at the time when it was scheduled for and the day, and it appears the office is actually closed. A bit disappointing to say the least. Ive gotten callbacks from several different staff members it appears there was a miscommunication about my appointment scheduling. Its all a matter of getting organized and being a team. Im disappointed but as you can imagine after a month of back and forth this is definitely frustrating.
