I've used K&B plumbing for years and this guy is great, call him anytime, very reliable and great guy. I recommended him to other friends and family and they all loved his work... Highly recommended!!

The night before Christmas Eve, we came home from vacation to find our water heater broken and leaking in our basement. Gary from K&B was the only plumber (we tried several) who answered our call and walked us through some basic troubleshooting.I had my heart set on a high efficiency tankless replacement, and while Gary thought it was overkill and a bit silly, I really appreciated that he told me what he felt I should know (pricing, maintenance, and water pressure differences) and then let me make the decision. So many contractors try to tell you what you want, but Gary was accommodating and happy to do the work I asked for.He picked up the new heater as soon as the first local supplier re-opened, and had it installed and working by mid-afternoon the same day. The installation itself looks neat, orderly, and professional.I did not solicit quotes (this began as an emergency and I felt Gary had earned our business after helping us over the phone), but the price was reasonable and in line with what I've seen others report paying for similar work. He charged us exactly what we'd agreed upon in advance (no hidden/surprise fees).I'd recommend K&B to anyone in a bind or in need of a serious plumbing job.
