I had an old toilet start running last night. I called this morning and they offered to send someone right away. Reese and Matt arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. They were both very courteous and efficient and they explained repairs needed before starting the job. I was very pleased with their work. I liked that Reese made sure I understood everything and what options were available to me. I would definitely use their services again, as well as recommend Spencer Plumbing to others. Thanks.

I hired Spencer to come assess a blockage in my driveway drain. Rich did an excellent job assessing the problem and showing me with his camera that roots were the issue. He offered to clear the blockage right away with an electric cable power cable machine. He cleared the blockage and even cleared by downspout drains as well. He then showed me on the camera how clear the line was after. He then went into great detail about how lining the pipe would help prevent future root problems. He quoted a price to have this done. He also asked if I had any other issues in the house and offered an inspection and quote for updating my main sewer line. Both quotes were provided within an hour of Rich completing the inspection. Rich went above and beyond answering all my questions and addressing all my problems. He was very knowledgeable.

Reese an Matt went above and beyond for my grandparents. They took apart the old drainage system which was cast iron and very problematic and fully replaced it with beautiful PVC pipe. They explained in detail everything they needed to do step by step and were so respectful the whole time! They both made a very big impression on how they conducted themselves the kindness they showed was amazing! I cant say enough how much I would recommend them to anyone! They were constantly cleaning up any small mess they made even after telling them they didnt need to do so. All an all they made a big problem seem very small. One of the greatest things was how quickly they came to the house! Called them within an hour or so they were here almost immediately. Which is almost unheard of for most companies but these guys are just different all around 10/10 service. Thank you again Reese and Matt!!
