Eric Fu is excellent. He listens to me, takes the time to answer my questions, and is always unhurried in our conversations. I'd rate Eric five stars.
The front office staff is a different story. At best, they seem apathetic, at worst actively rude. They don't make eye contact, don't greet me by name, don't smile, respond with impatience when I have a question or even when I ask someone mumbling to speak up, please, because I can't hear her. This is the weak point for the practice and it is a shame, because they don't reflect the excellent attitudes I've experienced from the clinical team.

I found Dr. Eric Fu to be very attentive as I don't speak English and the institution does not provide a translator, however he insisted on going to an employee who speaks Spanish and a little Portuguese so that I could understand and answer my questions, I am very grateful for the gesture of empathy .
