They fixed my daughters car quickly. There was a slight snafu with service - they forgot to do a portion but quickly fixed it and didnt charge for their error.

Clay Subaru is the best dealership I have ever been to! Hands down, the competition isn't even close! When we walked in the vibe was completely different in the best possible! Everyone is so kind, respectful and go above and beyond for their customers! Jackie has sold us two cars now, she is fantastic! She is so nice, honest and I love that I was dealing with a woman! I have nothing against men in general just in terms of buying a car! I've gotten tricked numerous times being a woman and there was none of that with her and this dealership! Their prices were very reasonable as well and we all know how wonderful Subarus are so I'm very happy we drive them now! Even the GM, Oscar, is out and about rather than hiding behind a curtain and has always made it a point to come see us and chat! He's professional, kind, funny and always wants to help! Even if I all of a sudden didn't like Subarus, I would still have to come to Clay just for the people! Phenomenal and outstanding are just a couple of the words that come to mind when I think of them! I don't dread going there, in fact we always have fun! I never thought that was even possible, I have never enjoyed having to go car shopping, it's always a game! No games here, just kind, courteous people that want to see you happily driving in one of the best car brands on the market, and you can help support your favorite charity!
